You can permanently delete your account and all data stored with it. There are two ways to do it — the in-app route is immediate.
Your account is erased straight away and you are returned to the sign-in screen.
If you can no longer sign in — for example you've lost the phone number you registered with — email support@krustechnologies.com from any address, with the subject Account deletion request, and include the phone number the account uses.
We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
Everything held under your account, permanently and unrecoverably:
Nothing is retained after deletion. Routine backups are purged on Google Firebase's standard rolling schedule. There is no separate retention period and no archived copy we can restore, so please be sure before you confirm.
